To be a true resource for the customer’s production reality it is necessary to provide not only quality, punctuality, technology but also tailor-made responses to all their needs. And this sometimes also means designing and creating unique mechanical elements starting from scratch.
Our customer’s request
We were asked for a detail – even if fundamental – piece for the functioning of an already partially designed prototype machine. To make it happen we worked closely with our client, involving our entire team and our trusted suppliers.
The work has been exciting because we had to create something totally new: our experience and knowledge of the sector has never been so decisive as in this case.
Our realization
The heart of the prototype was a block measuring 360x260x500mm in forged 39NiCrMo3 which weighed 365kg, completely machined on a 5-axis machining center.
After processing its finished weight became approximately 140kg.

We specialize in CNC turning, milling and grinding. We create complex small/medium sized mechanical parts in small/medium series batches as well as customized elements requested ad hoc by the customer.
